Meet ’Lita's Kitchen
A quick look at what ’Lita's Kitchen is about: home cooks selling the food they already make, made legal and paid, for neighbors across Phoenix.
For cooks
Earn from the food you already make
Tamales, pupusas, mole, prepared meals. Set your own menu, your prices, and your hours. You keep 88% of every order.
We bring the customers
You cook. We put your kitchen online, take the orders, and collect payment securely so you do not have to chase anyone.
We help you get registered
Step by step, in Spanish or English, we guide you to your Arizona food handler card and cottage food registration. No documents or payment required to sign up.
You are in charge
Turn ordering on and off whenever you want. Pickup is always available, and you can offer delivery yourself or through someone you choose.
What you take home
$500 → $440
Sell 25 orders of tamales at $20 and that is $500 in sales, with about $440 kept. You set your prices and your hours; we take 12% and handle the payment securely. This is an example, not a promise.
Real home cooking, made legitimate
This is more than extra income. It is your own kitchen with your name, your label, and your reviews. We help you make it legal and reach your neighbors, so the food your family has always loved can also make you proud and paid.
Built and run by Kingbird Solutions, the same team behind FullPlate and our custom AI work.

Safe and legal by design
Arizona legalized the sale of home-cooked food with HB 2042. Every cook registers with the state cottage food program and holds a current food handler card. Only verified kitchens appear on the site and earn the Registered Kitchen badge.
Food is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by a health department, every dish lists its declared allergens, and eaters acknowledge this before they order.
A note from the founder
Moving to Arizona, far from my own family, I came to love how this community gives everything for family, and for the Abuelita, the ’Lita, most of all. She is the matriarch, the one who keeps the recipes and the love that makes food taste like home.
’Lita's Kitchen is my way of honoring her: making it simple and legal to sell the food she already makes, with pride, and bringing that home cooking to neighbors across Phoenix.
